Refunds and Exchange Policy

The Hotel Card will not provide a refund or exchange for change of mind or duplicate orders. If the gift card is found to be faulty, defected, and is significantly different tothe image or description provided, a full refund or exchange will be provided upon proof. Please keep your receipt as a proof of purchase.
